Terms of Cancellation: 

Any modification/cancellation must be communicated by email to ozaccom@ozaccom.com.au
Until May 28th, 2026 (included): reimbursement of your registration with a deduction of AUD100.00 administration fees.
From May 29th to August 27th, 2026 (included): Withholding of 50% on the total amount, for administrative fees.
From August 28th, 2026: All cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled registration value.
 

Notice on Photography & Filming:

During the IFSCC Congress, official photographers and videographers will be capturing images and video footage. These materials may be used in communications and promotional content related to the event. Delegates who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify the organisers in writing prior to the event or advise staff onsite.
 

Invitation letter:

To obtain an invitation letter to assist with your administrative process for obtaining a visa, please complete your online registration. Click 'I require a Visa Invitation Letter' and enter your details. Your Visa Invitation letter will be issued by Ozaccom+ on behalf of the ASCC in a separate email once your registration has been confirmed and paid in full.
