Company logo will appear on splash screen of the Congress App and acknowledgement as the Congress App sponsor.

AUD $5,000 (excl GST)
Banner of your choice on the welcome page of the Congress website and acknowledgement as the Congress website sponsor.

CONGRESS WIFI

AUD $5,000 (excl GST)
The password for the Congress Public WiFi will be the company name and company will be acknowledged as the Wifi Sponsor of the Congress.
Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.

ATTENDEE WELCOME KIT

AUD $8,000 (excl GST)
The sponsor will provide the congress with corporate branded welcome bags offered to the attendees. The IFSCC logo must appear next to your company logo on the bag and visual must be confirmed with congress organisers prior to printing. Corporate branded pens and notepads can be also provided.
*1500 units of each item must be provided.

WATER BOTTLE

AUD $5,000 (excl GST)
The sponsor will provide the congress with a corporate branded water bottle to be used by attendees during the congress. The
water bottle will be included in the Attendee Welcome Bag.

CONGRESS LANYARD 

AUD $3,000 (excl GST)
The sponsor will provide the congress with corporate branded lanyards offered to attendees. The IFSCC logo must appear next to your company logo and visual must be confirmed with congress organisers prior to printing.

NETWORKING BREAKS
Lunch Break, AUD $2,500 (excl GST) per day - 3 Opportunities available. 
Morning and Afternoon Coffee Break, AUD $1,500 (excl GST) per break.

During lunch break or coffee break company will be acknowledged with name and logo signposted at the catering buffet.

POSTER PANEL AREA
AUD $3,000 (excl GST)

Company will acknowledged (name and logo) as the panel area sponsor. Acknowledgement will be made through roll up banners or equivalent and on the poster list, etc. Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.

REST AREA
AUD $8,000 (excl GST)

The company will be acknowledged as the sponsor of a specific area for all attendees to rest with seating provided. A roll up banner or equivalent with company logo will acknowledge sponsor. This area cannot be used as an exhibition area and is not exclusive to attendees invited by the sponsoring company. Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.

ADVERTISEMENT IN SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
Half Page AUD $1,000 (excl GST) - 10 opportunities available - 9 opportunites remaining.
Full Page AUD $1,500 (excl GST) - 10 opportunities available - 6 opportunities remaining.
Final program advertisement with design to be provided by the sponsor.

AUD $500 (excl GST)
Vinyl floor tiles (or similar TBC) to be laid between Registration, Exhibition and Plenary areas. Tile will have company Logo.

Printed Roll Up Banner or Flag (TBC) to be placed in registration and foyer areas. Design to be provided by sponsoring company.

CONGRESS PHOTOGRAPHER
AUD $3,000 (excl GST)
The sponsors will be acknowledged as the sponsor of the Congress Photographer of the Congress. Photographer will wear a hi-vis vest with the logo of the sponsor.

CONFERENCE SESSION AUDIOVISUAL

Main Auditorium (Plenary), AUD $7,000 (excl GST) per day. Sponsorship is limited to 1 company per day. 3 opportunities available. 2 remaining.  
Concurrent Session, AUD $4,000 (excl GST) per day. Sponsorship is limited to 1 company per day. 3 opportunities available. 

One day audiovisual equipment sponsorship for either the main auditorium or  concurrent sessions. Company logo will appear on the screen during the breaks and will be acknowledged.
